DESCRIPTION:Set up will begin at 8:30am ET on August 30 and 31\, 2025. Vendors must be checked-in by 10:30am ET\n	All vehicles must be out of the park by 11:00am ET\n	No vehicles will be allowed into the park until 9:30pm No exceptions.\n	You will be assigned a booth number at check-in on day of show.\n	The festival will be held rain or shine\, NO REFUNDS.\n	Potable water will NOT be available on-sight.\n	The registration deadline is August 1\, 2025. Payment is due by this date as well: no exceptions.\n	We will notify you once we have received your application and payment to let you know you have been accepted.\n	Participating vendors shall not sell or otherwise distribute items of any type that bears the name "Scallop Festival."
