Did you know that you CAN build muscle after 40, 50, 60 and beyond? We'll focus on strength, endurance, flexibiity and balance with this full body workout series, utiliziing Circuit and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Fun and supportive. All ages (21+) and fitness levels. Let's get moving and get stronger! Bring a yoga mat and water.
